When we founded the association in 1992, our sole purpose was to organise courses in Kinesiology and other personal development seminars. Through our efforts as organisers we were also able to participate in the courses, which otherwise would only have been available abroad. In the process we were able to research the various approaches and interpretations of Kinesiology muscle testing methods. We have always viewed muscle testing carefully and found that there had seemingly been no differentiation between the neurophysiological significance (Applied Kinesiology) and an intellectual or spiritual interactive approach.
In the course of our development, Solihin Thom D.O., as an osteopath and kinesiologist was our most important teacher. The method he developed is known today as „InnerDialogue(TM)“.
InnerDialogue is an extensive and comprehensive method and as such can for the most part be learned in the form of three diploma courses. These are differentiated through aspects of cranio-sacral body work, systemic constellation work and a further development of Applied Kinesiology which conveys the philosophical essence of InnerDialogue and is known as Ontological Kinesiology. All three courses include the use of a kinesiological muscle test. The way muscle testing is used here, differentiates substantially from the protocol still used in Applied Kinesiology. In original kinesiological methods such as Applied Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Hypertone X or Dr. Klinghardt’s method, muscle testing is seen more as a therapeutic/ diagnostic tool whereby a weak muscle is interpreted as indicative of illness, imbalance or stress. With Clinical Kinesiology the perspective changed slightly in that muscle testing came to be used as a communication tool. A change of muscle from strong to weak or vice versa is seen as a signal from the unconscious levels of a human organism, which can express itself in this way. It has become increasingly apparent that the results of muscle testing can be influenced by subjective expectations of those involved and so there have been efforts to explore ways to avoid such influence as far as possible in the process of muscle testing. So after Applied and Clinical Kinesiology methods, Ontological Kinesiology developed a muscle testing protocol whereby the muscle test is not seen as a diagnostic instrument but rather as the body’s confirmation of whichever Life Force is currently operating and expressing itself. In other words, the body’s energy reacts to the information being challenged / offered through muscle testing, either by confirming or rejecting. In this way whatever is currently present can be underlined or affirmed. With this new perspective, testing to determine causes and solutions is avoided.
InnerDialogue Austria has covered several course modules, which are taught by a trainer team lead by Stephen Hruschka. These mainly include Cranio-sacral body work, the kinesiological muscle test, mudras (hand modes), the Life Forces of the Being Human model, as well as many techniques from other kinesiology traditions, which rather than used as a therapeutic tool, are significant in other ways with the Systemic ontological approach.
They act as an expression or confirmation of a momentary dynamic in ones life and we learn to trust and be supported in our development process.
As we increasingly saw our trainer team’s competence in the development of course content and seminar development, we were able to delegate organisational aspects to others. Courses were offered in cooperation with the Massage School Bergier in Styria, the Yoni Institute in Tirol and the WIFI Neunkirchen in Lower Austria. Following cooperation with the Shambala Institute, since 2004 the WIFI in Vienna became our partner and course graduates receive a WIFI diploma.
As Stephen Hruschka worked in the ‚Mother studio‘ in Bad Fischau since 1995, he developed an upgrade seminar to show how the methods CFD and OK can be applied to themes of wishing to have a child, pregnancy, birth and baby. Completion of CFD, OK or STK courses are a prerequisite to participation in the course.
Initiated by Martin Lassnig, who completed the CFD course in 2004, the ARGE Kinesiologie developed new seminars in which animals were also included. Have had surprising experiences with CFD in his profession as riding teacher and horse trainer, Martin Lassnig together with Stephen Hruschka developed the course CFDmp (Human and Horse). This was offered through WIFI from 2006 – 2012 and is now still offered yearly in Wolfern near Steyr.
A year later, together with his wife Doris Lassnig, the course Systemic Animal Communicator was developed. This too was offered at WIFI for 5 years. Meanwhile this course is being restructured to include the world of plants and represent human integration with nature’s rhythms. Today the ARGE offers only a part of the original content in upgrade courses relating the the theme ‚Human and nature‘.
